Rancho Bernardo is a large area that actually has 2 zip codes, 92127 and 92128. What is nice about Rancho Bernardo is that it has different types of options of homes. If you want a new/newer home, stop by the 4S Ranch, Santaluz and Del Sur neighborhoods. If you want a older home for a cheaper price, check out the Westwood and Bernardo Heights neighborhoods. If you want something in the middle of what I just described, check out Carmel Mountain Ranch and Sabre Springs neighborhoods. Plus, Rancho Bernardo is part of the Award Winning Poway School District.
