I am Paul Caparas, Broker Associate/Realtor with Weichert Realtors Elite.  The neighborhoods I specialize in are Mira Mesa, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos and Scripps Ranch.  I actually grew up in the neighborhoods of Mira Mesa, Rancho Penasquitos and Scripps Ranch and now I reside in Rancho Bernardo.  Since I know these neighborhoods very well, I decided to create this blog to provide information for buyers and sellers.

In 2003, I got my California Real Estate Salesperson License and in 2007 I got my California Real Estate Broker License.  The first 4 years in Real Estate I was with Century 21 Paradigm but then I left to join Weichert Realtors Elite.  I received many office awards but what I am most proud of is San Diego Magazine’s FIVE STAR Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent for 2008 and 2009.

What I like to do for fun is play sports such as basketball and golf.  I have to admit that I am not that good at golf so if you play a round with me, it may be a long day.
